Or try a healthy breakfast recipe and enjoy it with your family. By the time breakfast is over, you’ve kickstarted your day the best way possible. For the rest of the day, you don’t need to feel guilty when you munch on your favorite, not-so-healthy snack.

This one should be easy! Be jolly this season. Yes, that includes eating your favorite, less-than-healthy meals. Who knows, maybe you’ll feel inspired to turn that dish into something healthy.
