A warm winter breakfast recipe

The gifts are not the only thing I look forward to during the holiday season. Because, food! Here is an easy pancake recipe to enjoy on a lazy sunday morning. Or any other morning when you’re craving pancakes, really.

Ingredients (2 persons)

  • 1 cup of oat flour
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • Fresh or frozen fruit of your choice

Preparation

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender
  • Blend until the mixture forms a smooth batter
  • Take a non-stick pan and put it on medium heat
  • Pour the batter into the pan and bake until golden brown on both sides
  • Serve with a drizzle of syrup and fruit of your choice

Suggestions

  • If you prefer vegan pancakes, use plant milk
  • To create a thinner or thicker batter, add more or less milk to the mixture
  • Grind rolled oats in a blender to create oat flour
