
A warm winter breakfast recipe
The gifts are not the only thing I look forward to during the holiday season. Because, food! Here is an easy pancake recipe to enjoy on a lazy sunday morning. Or any other morning when you’re craving pancakes, really.
Ingredients (2 persons)
- 1 cup of oat flour
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- Fresh or frozen fruit of your choice
Preparation
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender
- Blend until the mixture forms a smooth batter
- Take a non-stick pan and put it on medium heat
- Pour the batter into the pan and bake until golden brown on both sides
- Serve with a drizzle of syrup and fruit of your choice
Suggestions
- If you prefer vegan pancakes, use plant milk
- To create a thinner or thicker batter, add more or less milk to the mixture
- Grind rolled oats in a blender to create oat flour
